Project management assistance and project coordination with respect to the implementation of SIPEM Banque's digital strategy, which was defined previously by the HORUS DF/FTHM International consortium.
SIPEM requested technical assistance to optimize the organization and management of the digital strategy implementation.
The support provided is as follows:
- Definition and implementation of governance and of a dedicated project organization: clarification of roles and responsibilities, project management processes and tools, team training on these principles and tools
- Prioritization and detailed planning of the projects
- Support for implementation of the projects: Project scoping and on specific issues during the project lifecycle when needed
